HOW TO PLAN YOUR
MUSIC

Playlist ServiceThe playlist service is intended to ensure that the DJ is able to provide a service which the customer will enjoy and appreciate. We generally recommend customers provide the DJ with a maximum of 30 tracks and / or a style guide to enable the DJ to retain some artistic input to an event. More are possible if required. The inclusion of specific tracks is not guaranteed, however our well reviewed DJs have a very high success rate at including all requests. |

* How to plan your musicTry to provide your DJ with a list of your favourite tracks and styles a couple of weeks prior to your event so that s/he has the best opportunity to locate them. Where a more unusual track is elusive, the DJ may ask the customer to provide him/her with a copy. * Styles and genresIt is helpful for the DJ to have a lists of styles, genres and eras you would like to have covered, even if a specific playlist is not required. * Personal ServiceThe customer and DJ are put in touch with each other through the contract. This enables them to build up a rapport well in advance of the event, and helps the DJ provide a playlist and service tailored to the customer's needs. * Non-musical requestsIf you require your DJ to be silent, or conversely to engage in banter with the guests, please indicate this on your playlist. You may also use the playlist to make any requests for formal dress code etc to be listed. * DJ inputAlthough the playlist is extremely important in shaping the disco, customers should be aware that DJs are skilled in their role, and should allow them some flexibility |
